Bedford GKK and Bedford Community Education have scheduled the following event:

WHAT-- THE GKK TRADITIONAL KARATE-DO TOURNAMENT
WHEN -- MAY 31, 2008
WHERE -- BEDFORD HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM (8285 JACKMAN ROAD, TEMPERANCE, MI. 48182)

We are hoping that the USA-NKF and the US Olympic Committee will sanction this event as a qualifier for The USA-NKF National Championships and Team Trials (July 18 to 20). The applications have been submitted and we are awaiting their response. I will send the tournament application forms to you and the post them to the GKK website just as soon as we hear from the people in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Additionally, the GKK Sport Karate-do Team will be attending the following events:

1. The Arnold Martial Arts Festival --March 1
2. The North Coast Championships  -- April 26
3. The Cincinnati USA-NKF Tournament -- May 4
4. THE GKK TRADITIONAL KARATEDO TOURNAMENT  -- MAY 31
5. The USA-NKF National Championships and Team Trials -- July 18 to 20
